I have noticed that certain things are guaranteed weight game items. Have you guys noticed anything since you started this program?
For example red and white sauces are instant weight gain for me. Cheese seems to be OK, but not the liquid cheese from fast food places. I had to give up fried breaded stuff, too.
Funny enough, pizza seems to be fine. I can eat two slices from a Papa John's pizza and have a can of Cherry Coke still lose weight for the day.
