drrockso as much as you've helped me already I may need some technical support lol! I need "ninja for dummies," it's way more advanced than my PUG or ROG classes. As we've spoken online I'm playing on the PS4 where I have 3 or 4 sets of ability screens. I need an easy basic set up with my mudras and my attacking abilities and which abilities I should prioritize on my first screen. I'm still trying to get faster at switching my screens, for instance I pretty much have potions, sprint, teleport on the second screen since I don't need them all the time. My first or main ability screen is what I use most. I'm sure a proper set up and a little direction I should be okay. I hope I don't regret going this route for my first main class. first you dont need many of the abilities you have set to hotbars like teleport and every little thing. for a controller i only use 2 hotbar pages and only for combat abilities. all 2 pages get completely full so a little organization is needed. i find more than 2 pages can get cumbersome when shuffling through pages for the right ability to use. its just a matter of of what do you really need for battle vs stuff that can be accessed in the main menu. ninja is one of the more advanced jobs to play in terms of complexity. as you level you get 3 mudras that you use in certain combinations to unlock a variety of spells. some spells have certain effects that unlock or extend other abilities as well. it starts you off slow to learn how to combo your mudras once you get the patterns down its really not so bad. also there is an almost limitless number of guide for just about anything you want to know on youtube or some google search

Thanks guys! Good thing is I'm lvl30, I won't have to do the next ninja mission till 35. So Iast night I was fighting descent enemies and incorporating the mudras with my regular attacks. I was reading that I need to dabble in the Lancer class for I believe the 'blood for blood' skill for the cross classing. I'm not sure if that should wait or not. So far I'm using 3 of the PUG skills I liked. For instance, the skill that heals you. It's nice to have that and potions.

anyone know what the theme song is for "long live the queen" guildquest? I can't find it anywhere on youtube other than the actual play through of the mission. I've been a big fan of the battle music in all of the FF's so far two of my favorites are "hard to miss" and "tenacity" but I can't seem to find this one yet.

theres alot of great music in this game even if Uematsu only composed answers. He composed all the original FFXIV music but sadly they changed all the music for A Realm Reborn.
