Ack, did not break even. Weight at 193, so a gain of 1.2 pounds. It eas not the big dinner. It was going back to work. I got used to eating at 9a, 12p and 3p. Now I eat before work at 7a, but my stomach is still demanding stuff at the other times.
Water in take has increased and soda decreased, that is odd but good. It is usually reversed when I work.
Not so much a weight goal for this week, I want to find/develope a new meal routine for these work days. One thst does not leave me with a headache.
PHAT Goals: Made all the short term ones, but failed to exercise once since going back to work.
New goal: Walk the dog at least twice after getting home from work. It's been too hot to take him out lately. I sneak in a short one, but both of us need to take a second walk around 11pm to make up for the shortness of the first.

I know after a few more days of it you will start to really not like soda and then eventually never have it again. The weather will always be a issue for everyones execise routine. Pushing past the weather is a great endurance workout. I personally run even harder in a heat wave in order to shorten the amount of time I am doing my run. By doing so I strengthen myself and also lessen the amount of heat I have to deal with. I hope to do the same come winter where I will be outing on layers to keep from freezing to death.lol

Yeah, but I don't want the dog to burn his feet on the street. No side walk in our neighborhood.

The monthly post thread sounds like a great idea. It will give a sense of progress since results don't really form until after 21 days. So that way we can post at either the beginning of the month or the end to show progress on the the previous month goals or current month goals. Ok, set up two new posts under health for goals and weight loss for, well, weight loss. Maybe a few more people will jump in month to month.
