Curious to hear everyone's thoughts on this. Is he right? Did he get you to want to hit the gym?

Hmmm... Well certainly could qualify as fat-shaming and I can see why people would have a problem with it. That being said, a lot of what he's saying isn't necessarily wrong. Not sure how effective this tough love approach would be on someone who was overweight/not physically active though. Seems like the people who would support this video are already people who are active, and if the point is to inspire inactive people, I'm not entirely sure that this is the best way to do it. But then again, maybe it is?
Although, around the 3:52 mark he tells you to shut off the Playstation. That ain't ever gonna happen bro.

Meh. From what I remember your weight is based on 60% of your daily diet and 40% of your daily activity. I feel like this guy doesn't realize that the majority of the population have bad eating habits/ over weight isn't due to laziness it's just a general lack of knowing how terrible 70%-90% of the food we consume is sold to us and economics. It's messed up the way food companies operate in the US. Generally, shittier food is waaayyy cheaper than vegetables or fruit, yet even then those fruits and vegetables are covered in pesticides. Example- A pound of broccoli around $2 vs ramen 25-39 cents each. When I was unemployed and was literally living on nothing it was way more cost effective to eat ramen than buying fruit or veggies. To eat healthy, like full organic consistently, you have to be making a decent amount of money upwards of 40 grand a year which is not a possibility for the majority. And that's just to support you, not a family. So you can still work out 3 days a week (also find that hilarious, when you work a 40-60 hour work week and have kids the likelihood of working out daily is kinda out the window) and you can't afford healthy food you're still most likely going to be overweight.
As for knowledge, the majority do not know how terrible our food is, which he happens to neglect to mention, and those options directly messes with your diet. Sugar is literally added in everything and has been since the 1950's (seriously look. The only thing in a super market that doesn't have added sugar is produce, raw meat, and uncooked beans.) Dairy is also something that we should not be consuming, like at all.
So basically what I'm saying it's about perspective. Also yelling at a camera with your shirt off showing your super bro-y, borderline cliche, tacky tattoos and having the attitude that he's somehow going to convince anyone to completely change their life with a 5 min seems a bit narcissistic. But that's just me.

But that's just me. Yeah, I can agree with that. His tattoos are terrible. I like motivation as much as the next person but I actually prefer it from someone who knows the struggles. I used to be able to hit up the gym at least three times a week however times got tough and so I opted for overtime at both of my jobs and I haven't had time since. That being said, I think with the right presentation this would of worked better for me.. you know, if he didn't have a butter face ;D jkjkjk

But that's just me. I would disagree with the dairy part and would be more prone to substituting in added sugar or maybe gluten for that. Some people can't tolerate dairy but I haven't read anything that throws dairy out the window. Unless you count paleo, and personally I believe that is an extremely flawed diet.
