Do you guys remember this song from FFVIII? I think it might be the most annoying bgm to date. What are some of your least favorite pieces of music in the series? This list is easier than my list of favorite songs, as there are only a few that truly bother me.

As much as I hate to admit it, you are correct on that regards.
Also, Galbadia Garden's military BGM was atrocious as well. The very annoying sashaying of the maraca is just ear poison. But for every bad song, there's also a fantastic BGM, like Fisherman's Horizon, or The Salt Flats.

I felt like FFVIII was particularly hit and miss. There aren't a lot of "ok" tracks, most of them are either good or bad.

Yeah. I felt quite similarly. The only problem for me, was I felt more were along the lines of misses. But the sorceress' theme is one of the best pieces of music in the series.
