Minwu also known as Mindu is a great royal mage that ends up working for Princess Hilda to help with the Wild Rose Rebellion. He is a very powerful mage and helps the party on multiple occasions.
Josef originally was a soldier for the Palamecian Empire but feld to Salamand. There he met his wife and has a child called Nelly. Josef is a handyman and made himself a snow craft. He aids Firion and his party while venturing to the Snow Cave.
Gordon is the younger brother of Scott and is a prince of Kashuan an ally of Flynn they are both in love with Princess Hilda
Leila is a pirate that encounters Firion's party, they let her live after defeating her pirate crew and she joins the party and allows them to use her ship.
Ricard Highwind also known as Gareth is the only Dragoon alive and the first to appear in an FF game. Starting the tradition of the Highwind last name and rumored to be the father of FFIV's character Kain.
Scott older brother of Gordon and prince with feelings towards Princess Hilda. He aids Princess Hilda and other party members throughout the game.
The Emperor Mateus is the rule of Palamecian empire and want to gain and power and rule the world with the help of demonic forces. He is arrogant, intelligent and manipulative and loathes humanity so much that he wishes to destroy it but views himself as the only one capable of ruling the chaos.
Borghen also known as Borgan was once a noble but is The Emperor's main general. He is quite cowardly and deceptive, wishing to hide behind poweful figures instead of confronting problems himself.
