Justice is probably my favorite album, but I love the Black Album too.... hmmmm.... Every album has something I like a lot. I LOVE Death Magnetic, and Some Kinda Monster and Unnamed feeling were really good on St. Anger, otherwise that album was quite the step down. Not a huge fan of Kill em All though on the 80's side.... I like the "Master, Justice, Metallica" run the best. So... Late 80's, Early 90's? I listen to all of it depending on my mood. No Lulu though. Not a true Metallica album, so I shall pretend it doesn't exist.

Okay okay! I happen to like a little of the Britney. The first 5 songs of Femme Fatal are pretty catchy. Also, that 1,2,3 song turns me on...

Yeah Lulu isn't a real Metallica album. St. Anger had some good tracks but the album wasn't up to par with their other stuff.
I like Kill em All but Lightning, Master, Justice and Metallica are probably my favorite albums of theirs.

Good stuff. Hardly any other band out there has such a range of sound. If you had someone listen to Justice, St. Anger, Kill Em All, and Load, I think you would have trouble convincing someone it was the same band.

By the way have you ever watched the 2010 movie Hesher? www.imdb.com/title/tt1403177/Basically the whole soundtrack is just Metallica songs with a few from other bands. I really liked it because of the music and the movie was cool too. |

I have not, I heard about it when it came out, but I never got around to it. It's somewhere in my netflix dvd queue for sure.
