The original battlefront games were awesome. And the movie I think will be pretty sweet too. I liked the original trailer for the new battlefront but all that information they released about no campaign and day one dlc makes me a bit anxiousUnfortunately, this is the nature of the beast nowadays. With huge successes like Mortal Kombat, The Last of Us and even Evolve (which was still a successful launch regardless of all the flak they got) DLC is here to stay folks. Unless people don't buy it, and they always will, developers will continue to offer it more and more aggressively. Oh I like DLC don't get me wrong. But there's no reason why a game that comes out in 7 months should already have DLC when they can incorporate it into the game before launch. With that being said, I imagine that if I own a ps4 in November I'll still probably buy this |

Every time I think I'm out, Pokemon keeps pulling me back in! (Pokemon Y) I solved that problem by just not buying a 3DS. Boy do I want one. I have at least two pokemon games to play, soon to be three I think? It's finally gotten to a point that I cant identify them all anymore. I had a good 12 year run with Pokemon. |

I have an odd love/hate relationship with DLC. On one hand, it's great because sometimes it adds to the main story and is interesting and fun to play through. Other times I feel like it's just a push for the developers to make more cash. Going back to Arkham City I remember purchasing a DLC for Harleyquinn and it was super disappointing and short while games like Dragon Age have DLC that is so worth the cost. One thing I do like is when games (for instance Borderlands) releases a copy of the game that includes all of the DLC with it, but that usually takes years to happen. If you're an old lady like me and can wait for that, then it's a good deal!
Has anyone downloaded the free PlaystationPlus game for this month called Never Alone? I've been playing through it with my boyfriend and so far I love it. The graphics are beyond beautiful and it's a simple side scroller which I like to play every now and then.

Destiny anyone? Now that house of wolves is coming out I'd love to form a raid group for Sunday nights. I've been putting in a lot of hours and have a small group that plays but we still need a few more for raids.

Will I have trouble going back to the older gameplay mechanics after playing a more recent entry first? And follow up question, will there be story plot points that I'll miss having not played the older games first? |

I was thinking of picking up either my X or omegaruby again soon but I can't decide if/which I want to play. I think I like omega ruby better than X although gen VI in general has been fantastic overall, especially compared to the garbage that was Gen V |

It's basically everything cut from the original and it's fantastic along with all of the ads ons |

And I say you should play whichever game you want. I started playing Y again as a Nuzlocke, but failed, so I'm just playing it normally now. I also know that if I ever forked over the money to own Omega Ruby as well, I'd be fine playing it again. Just kind of wish there were not so many water-related HMs. In Alpha Sapphire, the water Pokemon on my team got completely loaded down with HMs and turned into a HM slave.  |
