So there are two the I've heard of and one of them is a stretch. In Borderlands 2 during Tiny Tina's Assault on Dragon Keep, when revived the New-U Station says "Consider me your own personal Phoenix Down" sometimes. That is the clearest one.
There is a challenge to get Badass Ranks with the title "A Squall of Violence" where you have to kill enemies with a bladed gun. This one might be a stretch, but it's cool regardless.
