Not really spoilers but did you get Ramuh and beat Behemoth? What are your thoughts on the ending of the demo with that music and artwork? That ^^^ Looks like it tells a really cool story and we don't know anything about it yet... I have a feeling this game has so many things hidden about it that we don't know and I can't wait!

I'm playing it now. Game is really solid. The combat is fun and fast paced and the graphics are amazing, the world is going to be so sprawling, you can tell. When I was walking through it, it feels like Skyrim.

I just finished the demo and I loved the combat as well as how wide open the world felt. Although it's just a very small part, I think this game has the potential to be one of the best FF games yet. The 2 hours of the demo was better than anything else Square has put out in a decade.

Anybody think it's funny that everyone wakes up with perfect hair in the morning?

I'd say that is a wrong opinion.

The majority of the games you listed off weren't any good. Kingdom Hearts 2? Final Fantasy 13-2? But why your condescending tone? We clearly disagree on this, which is perfectly fine, but just because you're clearly more in love with what Square has done recently than I am doesn't mean you need to be a dick about it. Try some civil conversation and debating of differing opinions next time.

It gets old hearing people constantly hate on FF13 and want to return to the glory Square an Squaresoft days. I love their old games from the 80s and 90s as I do their games from the 2000s and 2010s. Kingdom Hearts 2 was one of the biggest selling, most well reviewd and received critically acclaimed games of its time on ps2. I love it as well as the rest of the Kingdom Hearts series. FF13-2 actually improved on any of the things that bothered people in FF13 and I really thought it was the best direct sequel to an FF game.

I finished the demo last night after playing for 6 hours exploring, got to lvl 30 and found the chocobos and of course Ramuh cave. To quote our favourite podcasters, Ramuh is "Godly". I thought the behemoth was big but god damb, I can't wait to see Buhamut. The best thing is after you finish you can continue from the end to take on behemoth again. Can't wait for this game and would pre order now if I could.
I disagree that it's the best content put out by square I'm 10 years, even though this game is shaping up to be epic, it's just a tiny slice. I had a lot of fun in chapter 11 (pulse) of XIII and XIII-2 had some really fun, memorable bits aswell, not to mention howuch fun I'm having on lightning returns NG+. I'll admit I think when the whole game of XV comes out it'll blow the others out of the water but a 6-7 hour demo (going slow) isn't more fun/better or more entertaining than all the other decent titles in the last decade. That's my opionion anyway. Still XV is looking to be sooo good, here's hoping.

I absolutely loved the FFXV demo! Honestly, I bought Type-0 primarily to play it ;_; It took me roughly 3.5 hours to finish and I loved every moment. The battle system is super fun and there's never a dull moment. The environment is gorgeous and sometimes I would find myself just staring off into distance because it's so pretty. I also enjoyed the monster scale size compared to the characters! Fighting Behemoth was terrifying. Did anyone else have a little bit of trouble with the cave with all of the goblins? They kicked my ass!
Another thing I noticed about the game was how Noctis moves while you're exploring the world. Sometimes he'll stumble a little or when you're walking past bushes he'll slow down and push them out of the way. Little details like that REALLY make a game for me. Thumbs up Square!
I am a little disappointed in the all male character cast, so far. I mean they're all gorgeous but c'mon where are the women?!
