It was mentioned in one of the episodes that you guys were going to consider a food log. What happened to that idea? With all of the free to use apps like calorie logs and pacers and GPS map routers, have either of you considered using them for your fitness goals?

I keep one, but I basically just write down what I eat (sometimes when I eat it) to see what kind of effect it has on my weight and energy level. Keeping track of the nutritional content never seemed to work for me. Just seeing which particular items have what effect have given me better weight loss results.
