This doesn't apply necessarily, but it does go along a little bit with episode 4. When my wife was pregnant she had to get up and go to the bathroom every 10-15 minutes (sorry if that was a bit of TMI). Everytime she did, I conditioned myself to do push-ups. The next day sit-ups. Holy shit dude, it worked too...which was good because we had to move. When we had Aran, that slacked.

Hmm, now I feel bad about my own wife's pregnancy. The closest thing I did was when she went to the gym on Sundays, I would do 25 sympathy crunches before heading out to table-top rgps.
Similar to yours, I had to take a health class to get my teaching credential in California. One of my classmates said he did jumping jacks while commercials were on while watching TV. Commercials... you guys remember those? Man... has it been that long since I got that credential...

I did the commercial thing also, haha. I also did the timer thing where you set a timer and work out when it goes off. It works, but in grad school it stopped because it would interfere with my work. Everytime I would get into a productive run, it would go off.

Interesting. I never heard if the timer thing. I always figured a timer was to tell you how long to work out. You made me think of a workout/drinking game, though. Some sort of trigger in a movie or real life that equals some sort if fitness.
In The Departed, when someone uses a racial slur do 15 push-ups. When someone gets shot in the head, 15 crunches.
I guess real life triggers I already have. If I drink a can if Coke, I usually make myself go walk the dog for 30 minutes.

Awesome. The Departed, Boondock Saints, etc. It's all worth it. The triggers could work better, almost like classic conditioning. It'll be funny if you don't even realize it anymore
I'm sure your dog loves that. Mine goes for one and he's ready to nap all day, haha
