While I was at the FFxiv convention, I noticed a fair amount of cosplay. Has anyone here ever done cosplay? I personally have not, and it doesn't seem to be my cup of tea, but I did find myself admiring numerous cosplayers while in Vegas. If you have, post the pics!

YES! I am currently a cosplayer! I'm 28 and I'm finally at the age where I can travel all around and afford to buy/make costumes. I dressed as one of my favorite FF8 characters last summer, Quistis Trepe! BEHOLD! Pic below  I've also cosplayed as Tiny Tina from Borderlands 2 and Kaneki from Tokyo Ghoul. If anyone is interested I can link my Facebook cosplay page! I always wanted to dable in cosplay but the amount of time and work to do so was always kinda daunting. Great cosplay by the way, i think next time i go to a convention may take a cameria see if i can get pictures of FF cosplayers. Some pretty cool ones online though.   Either way great cosplay defenetly link your cosplay page when you can, sounds awesome. Ps: Do you make your own costume? Or purchase it from somone else? |

One day I shall go to cons and cosplay as my favorite FF characters. Would be fun to go as Vivi I think.
Sadly I don't live near my old highschool cosplayer friends anymore and some of them were really good at sewing and making costumes and I really suck at making them from scratch lol.

Unfortunately I don't make my cosplays  For my Tiny Tina one, I ordered it from China and then did all of the cell shading myself and roughed it up and added details. I'm in the process of learning to sew! It's going very slowly, lol. Tina was my first finished outfit and I received a ton of positive feedback!
