So I'm fairly new to the forums. Oh huzzah, to be a noob again. Anyway, perhaps this has been addressed before somewhere, so if it has, I apologize. Does anyone ever get on like Skype of Google Hangouts to do a chat? About the games, podcasts, or just gaming nonsense in general? I feel like this could be kinda cool, to see each other and say hello IRL, and to put faces with names and whatnot. It might also be hard to do since a lot of us are in different time zones, but hey that's life. Everyone else's thoughts/opinions? Maybe a once a week chat, at a designated time, for anyone who wants to hop on- perhaps the day after a podcast airs so we can discuss? Just thought it might be fun!
Also- it's way more fun to refer Hangouts as "Hoogle Gangouts"

There is a team speak chat that is open all the time thanks to the hosts. We used that when we played on FFXIV.
I am sure a few of us would like to try something like this kind of a discussion about Kaleb and Joe's discussion.
I've not used google hangouts before and my personal experience with Skype is that it sucks haha.

haha I actually prefer Skype. For some reason or another, my Turtle Beach headset doesn't work with Hoogle Gangouts. As for FF XI- unfortunately, since the host and I think most of you are on the West Coast, it's almost impossible for me to get on group chats on FFXI during the week- since I'm assuming 9 pm is the usual start time? (can't remember which thread I saw that on). So 9 pm West Coast time is midnight East Coast time...and I work at 7 everyday. Ick. Open to ideas though ^.^

We were on all the time. They only said nine was when they were starting. We were usually on by 7pm EST. I'm on CST (which I call Chicago Standard Time). The hosts are on Mountian time I believe. of the five of us on there, I think we had all time zones represented interesting,y enough.

I don't think I'll be getting into FF XIV- although my gaming lappy could handle it, I'm not too big of a fan anymore of MMORPGs. The only things I do on my laptop anymore are download stuff and play DOS box games. ...would be nice to say hello though.

I personally haven't been on teamspeak a lot. After the marathon of FFXI, I took a break for a few days to get some real life stuff in order. I'll hop on when I can. I know that Krinital, Shouri, and the hosts were on a few times a week.
I am willing to set up a time when anyone can get together and talk about the podcast episodes. When does everyone usually listen to them?

When does everyone usually listen to them? Real life is the worst. I'm playing catch-up listening to the episodes, and as of this moment I listen to the new ones when they regularly air- I'll definitely be making my way over to Patreon soon so I can listen earlier though. Aside from that, I think evenings are good- doesn't really matter what day though. I used to do crazy weekend stuff in my younger years- now a good Saturday evening usually involves Netflix or video games

Posting on this forum is about the most social thing I do online. Mostly because I'm computer illiterate.

Kaleb's on Twitch most nights, and there's a convenient chat bar there if you'd like to use that as an alternative.

Since most of us here own a PS4 or PS Vita I think I'm going to create a chatroom and invite everyone so while your playing games on it you can chat with the rest of us.

A couple of us were on last night, checking out the Twitch channel- Banedrom, thanks for being awesome and assisting me with Teamspeak. We were kicking around the idea of having a weekly get together to discuss the episode after it airs- anyone interested, feel free to chime in with ideas.
