Thanks for recommending those persona games I found them on the PlayStation store so im gonna be playing those too. Let me know how your relationships go, hehe. I am fighting the urge to play P4 again. I plan to get a Vita around March 2015 and will probably pick up P4 and Conception II (yeah, make babies!). The reason I am waiting is that I have the two FF games I am playing now, but the 3 Phoenix Wrights coming out later. Some random JRPGs may show up for Christmas, too. |

Haha I will let you know. I have been lookin at that conception 2. Also you should check out the new fire emblem you make babies in that one too.

I like classic rpgs. New stuff is overly complex and annoying. Ps2 had great games.

Relationships? No need.... Let me know how your P3/P4 play through goes without forming a single relationship. I am sure it can be done, but you miss out on half the game, "summons," and party perks. And most of the story. At least I think in P4 you could choose just to be buddies with the girls. You did not have to choose an intimate ending. |

I like classic rpgs. New stuff is overly complex and annoying. Ps2 had great games. Yeah, its been hard for me to get into the new stuff, too. I think that is why I have been hesitating to get the Vita. At least with the Vita, I can play classic games using PSN. That is my understanding anyway. I will probably buy it, new games, but end up just purchasing and playing FF9 again. I could give Suikoden another try, but something about the combat just bugged me. I should look at Wild Arms, also. |

I bought Fire Emblem and SMT IV last year for the 30 game credit deal on 3DS. I am not really into grid-tactics type games. I liked FF Tactics and Tactics Advanced, but no matter how much I want to like Disgaea, Fire Emblem, and Ogre Tactics I can't get into them. I was able to get into both Devil Survivor games. Probably because of the Persona type music, but mainly because the battles became traditional turn-based battles once you made contact with a monster on the grid. |

I know theyve mentioned suikoden in the podcast before and it made me laugh. Its such a great series for classic rpgs. 2 is mega expensive but really good. I beat the crap out of S3 in my teens. Took forever but i enjoyed it. 4 and 5 are pretty good too.

I like classic rpgs. New stuff is overly complex and annoying. Ps2 had great games. Well growing up with easier rpg mechanics has gradually eased me into the more complex ones. I don't like annoying games but I love complex rpgs. Hell Final Fantasy XIV a Realm Reborn is overwhelming the first you play because there is so much to learn. Then once you understand you feel awesome ^_^ |
