I just workout at home. Only Gym near my house is pretty outdated and I might sign up eventually just for the equipment to life weights and stuff but I mostly exercise at home. Since this is the habit I am trying to form, how did you get started?

I just workout at home. Only Gym near my house is pretty outdated and I might sign up eventually just for the equipment to life weights and stuff but I mostly exercise at home. Since this is the habit I am trying to form, how did you get started? Basically it comes down to you just starting and deciding to do it. Don't put it off and do it and be sure to stick to it everyday, no excuses. I just started one day and the first 2-3 weeks are going to be the hardest since you're working out muscles and stuff that probably haven't been used a lot and expect a lot of soreness but it gets better and you hardly notice after you've been doing it for a while. I usually put some music on start with some stretches (not always necessary but its good) squats then these Then take a short break and repeat that 4-6 times. But when you first start out you probably will only be able to do it 1-2 times the first weeks so just do it everyday and take 1 day break every week (I usually break on Sunday) to let your body rest. Don't eat before exercising and if you do then wait a few hours before working out. Don't drink to much water before working out drink after you are done working out. Remember to wear shoes with good padding and support when working out and make sure your floor is soft or has some padding on it because cement can really hurt your back or hands in the long run. Doing the above for 3-6 months straight and you will start to see results. Its good to also lift weights and go running if you can do that on the side since running builds your cardio and lifting weights will increase your muscles a lot more than the workout I posted above.

Do you think a consistent time to work out is important to you? I think it might be for me. Or maybe that is just my excuse.

Whoa, he looks like mini evil Wil Wheaton in that video.
This also reminds me of how the Nerdist always talks about Shia LaBeouf working out at the gym in jeans.

I totally skipped the gym this morning, since I was out late last night with friends playing Munchkin. I also plan on going to a local fair tonight to search out legendary deep fried Oreos.
I know I cannot out-exercise bad eating habits.
This fair is also offering frozen chocolate covered cheesecake.
'Murica.

They fry everything at fairs. I am saying this in a good way. I am surprised how much I liked fried pickles.

I am guilty of that sometimes...I am a very forgetful person. So when I go to the gym, it's mostly after work and I forget to bring a change of clothes...
