I'm not sure if you are big into Musical Theatre, but has anyone on the podcast (or in the forums) seen The Book of Mormon? Seeing as you're in Utah and all (though I don't think Provo is a hotbed of hot polygamy action, and yes I am being facetious), it would be interesting to know your opinions on that musical.
Or, follow-up, do you have a favorite musical? My favorites are: Book of Mormon, Avenue Q, Guys and Dolls, Wicked, Rent, How to Succeed in Business without Really Trying (this one makes the list because I saw it when Daniel "Harry Potter" Radcliffe was starring on Broadway and I was able to get his autograph)
I think there's a segment of the gaming community that shuns when people have more interests than just videogames, but they need to realize that we are all like Ogres (or Onions, or Parfaits, etc.): we have layers. Well, UFF community, this is one of my layers. What say you?

I haven't seen it but the Soundtrack is hilarious, and I listen to it all the time (others can back me up on this).
Not much of the RLDS church around here, although an old roommate of mine did have 2 non-lesbian moms before he converted to the big LDS Church. He only has one wife now lol. Most of the polig's are in Manti (Rural, hour or so south of Provo) and St. George where some of the people around there are of a sect that for some reason dress up like they're Amish. But they're not Amish. Weird.
I know it gets flak now, but I love Les Mis and also Miss Saigon. I saw Lea Salonga perform at BYU and since then I am in love with her voice.
Other Trey Parker stuff is a lot of fun. Team America has some great songs, as well as the South Park movie. Heck, even Cannibal The Musical is amusing.
I also love, love, Pirates of Penzance.
That segment of the gaming community can happily go fuck themselves.

Who doesn't love Jasmine and Mulan?! Cannibal! was fantastic, especially for being a college movie. If you haven't, find a copy of the 10th anniversary DVD and listen to the drunken commentary track the cast did. It's almost just as funny as the movie. And I agree, that other segment can go fuck themselves.
