So what is everyone's thoughts on the trailer?
I have already watched it like 20+ something times lol I can't wait for December 2015.
Its been like 10 years since we got a Star Wars movie.
I really enjoyed the teaser.

Looked good, even if little was shown. I feel like Disney will do at least as good as episode 1-3. I will be sorely disappointed if they do not.

It looks nice. I am actually thinking of exploring the new books. I like Kemp's books, so I will definitely get his about Vader and the Emperor. I still may read a few of the EU books, even though they are not canon any more. I always felt so overwhelmed by the number of them. Now that only the new books are canon, I feel like I can handle them and go back to the old EU and pick and choose.

I will trust j.j. Abrams. Because that trailer had the look of the old star wars. Also because of star trek being pretty damn good.

I know its not fair, but ever since it was pointed out to me the use of lens flare has distracted me from the new Trek movies. Kind of like wipes in the Prequels. |

Agreed. I too am a fan of the original trilogys look, therefore I am hopeful. I like the original trilogy but I also enjoyed the newer trilogy too. Or at least Revenge of the Sith was good. |

I was like 11 when ep.1 came out and i liked it. All the hype was awesome, it gave the old movies new life and sooo many toys. I bought sooooooooooo many sw toys been 97-99. My cousins and me were so addicted to all things starwars. It wasnt til clone wars that we came to understand how crappy they kinda were..
But it sure was fun at the time. Lol
