Do you guys prefer to buy your games digitally or physically?
Last gen I was still buying physical games, but this generation I haven't bought any. I've moved to all digital and I love it. My entire library of games on 3DS, PS Vita, PS4, and PC are all digital. It makes it so convenient to always have games on the system and never have to switch discs or carts.
It also means I never have to fight a midnight release crowd, I can just download new games at midnight. Many of them even pre-load now and are unlocked the second the clock hits midnight.
I also know I can always delete a game and re-download it later. If you scratch a disc or break a cartridge you have to go track down and purchase a new copy of the game.
I could extol the virtues of digital games for much longer, but what about you guys? Which do you prefer and why?

I kind of like both. It really depends on the game. With Final Fantasy, I collect the games as well as play them. So I prefer the hard copy. But I also purchase a ton of games on Steam. Mostly these are older games, and PC games. I don't really see a point in buying a physical copy of a game I have to download later anyways.

I do both, I download games on steam. I also get them on psn so i can have it on multiple systems which is nice. I do like physical copies though. Almost all of my ps3 games are on disc. I also prefer my movies to be physical copies.

Iv only recently started to prefer digital over the hard copy. I have a bad habit of selling my games almost as soon as i get them or worse letting others borrow them and never remembering to ask for them back. Digital keeps me coming back to the games and eventually get my moneys worth. It also keeps helps me be a bit more frugal, i typically wait for the steam/psn sales for games.

The downloads don't help me money wise, as steam is also my lover/ hated nemesis.

I was totally going to post the "Let's Get Physical" video here. But then I watched it... If you are a fan of schlong, I totally suggest checking it out.
But, yeah, physical copies of all media.

both.
Prefer physical BUT if the game is hard to find, expensive or rare or sold out everywhere then digital is always a nice option. Especially when you have sales for digital games and physical copies hardly go on sale.

I just like having all the games on the system. I can throw my 3DS or Vita in my bag and know I have 30+ game options sitting there. I don't ever have to worry about which cartridge to pick and put in my system. I can decide on a game right when I sit down to play.
As far as PS4 goes... that might be more because I have kids and they get into everything. I don't have to worry about my discs getting lost or scratched if the games are just on the hard drive.

It's always nice to have a mix although I don't care for physical copies of music CD's.

I've almost fully converted to digital, with exception to PS3 JRPGS. I like the ability to have my library almost anywhere.
With that said, when SKYNET takes over, i'll lose all my stuff, so then I'll be out of luck, with the exception of my JRPGs.
And, Like, KFC, I'm totally a Steam Lover/Hater.

It won't really matter when skynet takes over.

I like having both. Im a big collector of video games, so i love having the case/collection box on my shelves.
But i also like having the games all in one place on my console. Its easy to just launch the game without pulling it out and everything

I guess I'm kind of old fashioned, but I have stuck to physical games for the most part. I have one game digital, and I got that one because the physical game is hard to get in the US because of the outrageous price. My PS3 is also almost completely full. That one game I downloaded? It took me days of finding things to delete so that I had the room to download it. I'll probably move to digital when I get my PS4 sometime next year. But I'm happy with physical games for the moment.
