I wouldnt mind a hd release of XII with the zodiac system.. japan never gives NA the remixed stuff till its too late.. atleast we got x/x2..i guess

Trying to beat Evrae.... I got him down to a thousand life before he finished the job.... Man I feel so weird since I never died at the Evrae fight but apparently lots of people have a hard time with him.. maybe I was too overlevelled at that point but he never gave me any trouble. I only had some trouble with the final Seymour fights and Yunalesca battle. Kalebcraig said he gave up on that part of the game right? Its weird because he loves FF Tactics and that game has way harder bosses than Evrae. |

Just remember that haste and slow are your friends. |

True. The problem is when he gets below 10k. He starts auto casting haste.

"LineRiderAddict answered: one strategy is tidus or rikku's turn is right before cids, move the airship away, and if evrae stays away, then cid launches missles at it...During the battle, make sure u cast slow on it, and haste everyone. If you don't know the -ga spells, then magic is pretty useless. You strategy depends on who in your party is the most powerful. If range is you thing, keep evrae away, and if it isn't, keep it close. I've been following a PDF guide. Its been incredibly helpful I think its the one for the ps2 version though. ::side note:: I've had to take a step back and level up my sphere-grid for Haste as well as Firaga etc to ensure I could execute the recommended strategy. Yuna isn't in the fight. She's busy trying to send Seymour via wedding. I'm sorry I meant to say there are a few skills needed to learn for boss fights yet to come.. I think it is the next time you fight seymour you need the reflect spell so you can stop him from healing himself.. *cheers* |

Trying to beat Evrae.... I got him down to a thousand life before he finished the job.... Anoth r wee tactic I used was to cast haste on as many people in your party even before he does it on himself. (If you don't have haste yet on Tidus a chocobo feather does the same job). If you do have haste, Tidus first. He's fairly nippy anyway so he should get loads of turns. Then, I just used Wakka and Lulu to deal damage and had Tidus say move away as soon as he gets anywhere near you. |

I think only one of them is doing the HD releases. I decided to pick up the HD collection. Don't know if it's too late or it matters, but if you're going for the Platinum, one of the Trophies is for getting all of the Al Bhed Primers. It's the only missable trophy, mainly because there are a few Primers that are EASILY missable, mainly at the Al Bhed Home. You might want to double check an online guide or something because missing even ONE of those could screw you over on a Platinum. |
