I lost about a pound a day since you guys started. I used my food journal to see what I ate last year and pretty much followed that. This time last year my wife and I were planning on taking our families on a cruise. Since we were going to eat a ton and do very little moving, we figured we would try to lose some weight before.
So I lost 5 pounds over this week, but am still about 6 pounds heavier than last year.
The lowest I got was 195, but that got screwed up this weekend (3/14). Something about rice. It just refuses to leave my system.

Yeah, I wonder if I ate it often enough, I could find a way for my body to see it as food instead of bone paste.
