Glad to see Patreon is treating you guys well. I remember back when I joined the forums and mentioned it and Joe said he would think about it and then Schweiss set up a Patreon for the podcast without telling Joe and then Joe was kinda mad about it on the next episode where he briefly talked about it.
Already 50 episodes and 1 year of the podcast wow time flies. You guys asked when we all discovered the podcast. I wish I could say I listened to episode 1 when it came out but instead I was searching for new FF podcasts other than FF Union and I remember finding your latest FF3 review on iTunes, I listened to it, liked it and then subscribed. I went back and listened to all the older episodes too. Episode 1 was kinda bad audio quality but I liked FF1 so I wanted to hear you guys talk about it so it wasn't too annoying. The next episodes got better in terms of quality.
Oh and you mentioned The After Years on the podcast and streaming on Twitch. Just so you know FF4 TAY is available on the Nintendo Wii / Wii U Virtual Console as well as PSP. Then the 3D version is coming to PC soon. Streaming content on the Wii is easy since it connects to the TV and is an actual console. the Wii also has a lot of Square Enix games on the Virtual Console shop like Final Fantasy Mystic Quest, Chrono Trigger and Secret of Mana which is a cheaper way to buy those games since they are only like 10 bucks compared to buying them for $50 on ebay for them.

I also thought it was a great episode, and surprisingly long for not being a review. I think cutting out Did You Know from the podcast made sense, because some of those kind of could just be question segment stuff, too. And the nature of the podcast leads to phasing out Did You Know stuff because you cover alot of it as you go. I think y'all made the right choice with FFXI, although it does bum me out a bit that it'll go down soon and I'll never have played it. I'm sure I would like it, but those kind of games would consume me like how they're apparently consuming Kaleb. And due to work I go to bed by 8:30 every night, and that's eastern time so even if I were to pick it up I would only be able to play with you guys on friday anyway. But no worries maybe when XIV comes around. I think I mentioned this before but I started just a bit later than Shinryu. I think just when the FFV review came out, although I didn't join the forums until later. I tried some of the old episodes but the mini ones like Knights of the Round were a bit too rough to handle.

I found the podcast after your FF2 review and have been listening ever since. By the way, since you guys called me out during the podcast, I'll commit to playing FF14 when you get to it. I work nights so I might not get to play along with the group, if you guys are one during the day Monday-Friday I can try to find some time, if the baby allows. Congrats on 50 episodes and 1 year!
