Its a tribute of awesomeness to 80s action films and B movie tropes of that decade. Paying homage to things like Escape from New York, Big Trouble in Little China, Terminator, Robocop, Back to the Future, Knight Rider and a lot of other films.
It was extremely popular on Kickstarter and was funded extremely fast ($600.000) and the movie just got released for free on Youtube. Its quite popular with the trailer and music videos each getting like 10 million views.
Anyone here watch it yet or know about this?

and it was awesome. I just watched The Killer last week on Netflix and am thinking of watching a Better Tomorrow, well, tomorrow. Now I feel the need to play Shadowfist.

Love Hard Boiled. I get in and out of the genre every 10 years or so. I just started re-exploring everything a couple of years ago. Have you ever played or heard of Shadowfist/Feng Shui?

I started following and buying the cards again when they popped up on Kickstarter. CCGs... not a good addiction or me. The art work and storyline does give me some ideas for games, though.

So I was at my friend's house getting caught up on UFC when Kung Fury was brought up, and I finally watched it. Wow. Such amaze. So fist of fury.
I've gotta say, Kickstarter has been a wonderful platform for some seriously sweet stuff to get brought to life. Ah, to live in 2015.
