Wait, I am still trying to finish watching Friends and thinking about watching Seinfeld. Now, I have to watch these movies, too? When am I supposed to play FF and listen to podcasts about it?

I also have not seen either of these movies. Or Back to the Future. Only saw Ghostbusters for the first time about 6 months ago. Pop culture seems to worship campy movies from the 80s and 90s, and I can't seem to get into most of it. |

Neither of these movies are camp... They are cinematic masterpieces... Nor are they from the 80s.
For god's sake people, watch the godfather!!!

I think Goodfellas is more entertaining, and I've seen it probably a dozen times, but I still think Godfather is a better overall movie. Both are masterworks though.

Yeah I guess I should have extrapolated more-
My statements of "I have not seen these movies" and the line about campy movies weren't related.
I know these aren't campy 80's and 90's movies.
I've just missed a lot of cinematic masterpieces.

Goodfellas forsure. The godfather is just good imo and I don't put it in that upper echelon like most. I can understand those who absolutely love it though, but goodfellas is superior as a whole, and I find the acting and writing of the movie to be better
