Yes! Blade runner and dark city! I love those movies and I believe dark city to be better than the matrix. I haven't seen either of the metropolis movies but I want to. I love a lot of the ones you listed too. Also ghost in the shell is fucking awesome I love the anime series as well. Ninja scroll is weird I'm not really sure how to feel about it.

Blade Runner is awesome just make sure its the Final Cut version. Dark City is great I think The Matrix and Dark City have a different feel to them. I like The Matrix better simply because its Cyberpunk and those action scenes were great. I love both though. Ghost in the Shell is amazing and so is the series I love it. I like Ninjas so Ninja Scroll is great for me. The fight scenes are really good even though the movie is quite violent.

I need to pick up the collector edition of blade runner. Such a great, deep movie. The music by Vangelis is great in the movie. And that Tears in the Rain scene is fantastic.

Since this seems to have become about movies, here is my top 10 "Desert Island" list (the movies I could watch on repeat and never get sick of)
The Princess Bride Casablanca Singing In the Rain High Fidelity Lord of the Rings: The Two Towers (For the purpose of this list I only included one, but you could throw the whole trilogy in there) Stardust Wall-E (Though Big Hero 6 could usurp this spot, I'll reserve that judgement for a second viewing) The Dark Knight Star Wars: The Empire Strikes Back (again, Lord of the Rings rule applies) Up in the Air
I have a massive movie collection (approx. 500 - 600 actual purchased movies) all in nice crates, and I'm slowly converting them over to Blu-Ray. That being said, I love the cinema experience, and when I strike it rich, I'm damn sure going to be building an actual home theatre!

Those are some of my favorites. I would love those to be blurays if only to expand my collection. You're in Luck. These are the current Blu-Ray releases for Studio Ghibli: Howl's Moving Castle Castle in the Sky Nausicaa Ponyo The Secret World of Arrietty Whisper of the Heart Pom Poko Kiki's Delivery Service Princess Mononoke The Wind Rises My Neighbor Totoro Spirited away and the others are available in Europe in the super awesome Hayao Miyazaki Collection. Coming to a british isle near you on December 8th. Which means it'll be awhile until we get it here (seeing as it's Disney with distro rights here, and StudioCanal in Europe) HOWEVER... It's region B locked, they're barebones movies (no special features), and potentially not full 1080P HD. Disney at least cleans up the releases and makes them as pristine as possible. AND... Disney doesn't have rights to Castle of Cagliostro But if you'd like to see pictures of the gorgeous set, Get your spare pants and drool rags ready, because something this awesome will probably never make it stateside

Chances of American release: super slim. But if you want to order, and you have a region free blu-ray Player: Here's the Amazon.co.uk listing. It's about $240.00, with shipping.

The only one we can't get yet is Castle of Cagliostro, and who knows if we ever will =\. OTherwise, yes, they are all coming slowly on Disney Blu-Ray, which is guaranteed to be superb quality!
